Very little — we confirm everything in advance: arrival window, room access, and what (if anything) needs clearing. Small items and breakables off the floor is the main ask; we'll agree on furniture arrangements when we book your date.
Handled before the date is ever booked. Building approval, acoustic documentation, elevator booking and permitted work hours are part of how we schedule — not your problem to chase.
If removal is part of your quote, yes — tear-out and disposal happen the same visit, before the new floor goes down.
A vetted, insured professional installer who works with us project after project. We coordinate the day and stay your single point of contact throughout.
Most condo-sized projects are measured in days, not weeks — your exact schedule is confirmed with your quote so there are no surprises.
A walk-through, together. We check the floor with you before anything is final — the balance is only due once you've seen it and you're happy.
Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) as needed, and damp-mop with a well-wrung mop when it needs more. That's genuinely most of it.
Steam mops, wax, polish, abrasive pads and soaking water. None of our floors need special products — plain care keeps the finish right.
Felt pads under furniture legs and a mat at the entryway. Grit tracked in on shoes does more damage than pets and kids combined.
Click-lock floors are repairable — individual planks can be replaced. Contact us with a photo and we'll tell you exactly what it takes.
Two layers: the manufacturer's product warranty, plus our own workmanship warranty on the installation. Full terms come with your quote.
Us — always us. One company sold it, supplied it and installed it, so there's never a runaround about whose problem it is.
