When you request an estimate, contact us, or apply to one of our programs, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, project address, details about your project (property type, size, floor preferences, timeline), and any message or photo you choose to include. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) so we can understand how the site is used.
We use your information for one purpose: responding to your request and delivering our flooring service — preparing your estimate, checking your building's requirements, scheduling measurements and installation, and keeping in touch about your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Form submissions are stored securely with our service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google Analytics (usage statistics). These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Canada.
We keep project and contact records for as long as they are useful for serving you — including warranty support after an installation. If you would like your information removed sooner, just ask.
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@floorrable.com and we'll take care of it. You can also block cookies in your browser — the site works fine without them.
