Floorrable supplies and installs flooring for customers in Humber Bay & Etobicoke. These terms apply when you use floorrable.com or engage us for a project.
The instant estimate and any price range shown on this website are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide. They are not a binding quote. Your firm price is confirmed in writing after a professional on-site measurement, and that written quote is what you approve before any work begins.
A project is scheduled once you approve the written quote and place the deposit stated on it. If the scope changes after measurement (extra rooms, subfloor repairs discovered on site, product changes), we'll confirm the revised price with you in writing before proceeding.
For condo projects we prepare the acoustic and product documentation your building requires and confirm requirements before ordering. Final approval always rests with your building's management or board, and their timelines are outside our control.
Floors we supply carry the manufacturer's limited residential warranty, and our installations are backed by Floorrable's workmanship warranty. The collection-specific terms are delivered in writing with your quote — see our Warranty page for the plain-English summary.
Content on floorrable.com — text, photography, product imagery and design — belongs to Floorrable and can't be reused commercially without permission. We work to keep product information and pricing guidance accurate, but the site is provided "as is" and details may change without notice.
To the extent permitted by Ontario law, Floorrable's liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
