    Turnover units and pre-listing floors go to the front of our schedule, with honest dates rather than optimistic ones.

  • Your client, quoted directly

    We quote and contract with your client, so they get one quote and one invoice from Floorrable covering material, installation and disposal. You stay their point of contact, and we never go around you.

  • Installer paperwork checked before every job

    Each installer uploads their liability insurance certificate, WSIB clearance and business registration through the Floorrable Trades gate, and cannot take a job while any of them has lapsed.

  • Building approvals prepared

    We check the building's acoustic and underlay rule, prepare the board package and order nothing until the building says yes.

What is in it for you

No referral fee. A client who is looked after.

Floorrable does not pay referral fees or commissions for the work you send, and in Ontario a registered realtor can only be paid through their brokerage anyway. What you get is a client who comes back to you pleased: one contact who answers, a range online and a firm price after the free measurement, nothing added to their bill without their written OK, and seven days after the installation finishes to raise anything at all.

Property managers and builders: we contract with the owner or client directly, so the quote and the invoice are addressed to them, and material is ordered once their deposit clears.
