Manufacturer's warranty
Every collection carries the manufacturer's limited residential warranty. It protects the floor itself — the material and its factory finish — for as long as the terms run. The collection-specific term is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Floorrable workmanship warranty
The manufacturer covers the material; we cover the work. If an issue traces back to the installation, we make it right — no finger-pointing between supplier and installer, because you only ever deal with us.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the flooring material
- Factory finish wearing through under normal residential use
- Ply separation on engineered floors under normal use
- Subfloor-moisture failure on engineered floors (one-time replacement, conditions apply)
What's not
- Damage from improper maintenance — steam cleaners, wet mopping, or liquids sprayed directly on the floor
- Floods, plumbing accidents and leaking appliances
- Colour change from sunlight or intense lighting
- Dents and scratches from pets, heels, grit or moved furniture
- Floors installed with visible defects (inspect before installation — we handle this for you)
Keeping it valid is easy
Keep a normal indoor climate
Roughly 35–55% relative humidity and normal room temperatures, year-round. This is the single biggest factor in how wood floors age.

Professional installation
Warranties require installation to manufacturer specifications. Every Floorrable floor is installed by insured professionals who follow them exactly — so this box is checked for you.
The fine print, honestly: manufacturer warranties are limited, apply to the original purchaser in the original installation, cover material rather than labour, and solid-wood floors aren't warranted over radiant heating.
